Information we process
Prompts and reference photos
When you generate an image, the prompt and any reference photo you upload are sent to our Account backend so the selected model can run. Logged-in generations can be saved to My works. Guest trials are not kept in that library.
Account data
If you sign in with Google, Account stores the session needed for credits, billing, and My works. Payment details are handled by the billing provider, not by this marketing site.
Basic usage data
We may collect aggregated, anonymous usage metrics such as page views. Server logs may temporarily store standard request metadata (IP address, user agent) for security and abuse prevention.
Cookies
This site stores a local Account token after you sign in so Generate can send your session. We do not use advertising cookies.
Data retention
Guest drafts stay on your device unless you download them. Saved works stay in your Account library until you delete them. We do not sell your prompts or photos.
Third-party services
Generation, login, and payment run on Account and the model providers behind it. We do not sell your content to third parties for ads.
Children’s privacy
This service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new date.
