Service description

AI Photo Editor is an online AI photo editor. You write a prompt, optionally upload one reference photo, and generate a draft in the browser. Guest trials are limited. Credits, login, and billing run on the shared Account portal.

Acceptable use

  • Use the service only for lawful purposes.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, or overload the service.
  • Do not use the service to create illegal, abusive, or infringing images.

Your content

You keep the rights you already have in prompts and photos you upload. Generated drafts can drift. Review them before you publish. We do not claim ownership of your uploads.

No guarantees

Results are drafts. We do not guarantee faces, logos, text, counts, or print quality. Failed runs are not charged when Account reports a failure.

Credits and payment

Credits are sold and tracked on Account for this product. They stay on this product and do not move to another site.

Third-party services

This site may link to Account, billing, or other third-party pages. We are not responsible for their content or policies.

Intellectual property

The website design, branding, and code are the property of AI Photo Editor and its operators.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Photo Editor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms.
