Terms of Service

These terms are the rules for using AI Photo Editor at aiphotoreditor.com. If you do not agree, do not use the editor, do not sign in, and do not buy credits.
They are written in plain language on purpose. They are still binding. The disclaimer, privacy policy, and Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) are part of the same set.
The service
AI Photo Editor is an online AI photo editor. You write a prompt, you may upload a reference photo, and you generate a still in the browser. You can download a draft after you review it.
Generate needs a Google sign-in. Credits, Google sign-in, and checkout run on Account at account.aiphotoreditor.com for this product. The pages you generate on stay on aiphotoreditor.com.
We may change models or credit costs. The pricing page and the generate panel show the current cost before you run.
Who may use it
You must be old enough to agree to these terms in your country, and at least 13. If you use the service for a business, you are promising you have the right to bind that business.
You are responsible for the Google account you use to sign in, and for what happens on that login.
Free try, then sign-in
Without an account you can generate once per UTC day (counted per device and IP address). After that, sign in with Google. You get 5 credits that UTC day, automatically. There is no check-in button. Come back tomorrow for another 5.
Accounts and credits
Sign-in is Google only. We do not issue a site password.
A new sign-in on this product does not receive a one-time signup bonus. You get 5 credits each UTC day you are signed in. Everyday house models cost 2 credits per image. Other models and 4K cost more. The panel shows the charge before you generate.
Credit packs are one-time purchases for this product. They are not a subscription. Credits do not expire. They do not move to another site on Account.
Pro means you bought a pack (Basic or Studio) that unlocks the catalog models (including Multi Fusion) and a 7-day My works window. Free signed-in drafts stay 24 hours.
Failed runs are not charged when Account reports a failure. A finished image that you dislike still used the credits.
Payment and refunds
Checkout is handled on Account. If money left your bank and credits did not appear, email support@aiphotoreditor.com or open live chat with the Google email, the amount, and the receipt.
We review mistaken charges and missing-credit cases. Used credits are not reversed into a “perfect” image. We do not promise a refund because a face, logo, or label came out wrong.
Your content
You keep the rights you already have in prompts and photos you upload. You grant us a limited right to send that material to Account and the selected model so the generate job can run, and to store a signed-in result in My works for the retention window.
We do not claim ownership of your uploads. Generated drafts can drift. Review them before you publish. You are responsible for whether you are allowed to use the input photo and the output still.
Do not upload images of people who have not agreed, or material you do not have the right to use. That includes photos, artwork, logos, and trademarks you do not own or license.
Acceptable use and AI content policy
Use the service only for lawful purposes. This section is the content-policy chapter for AI image generation and any AI video option we run. The full Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) is part of these terms. If the two ever differ on a detail, the AUP’s prohibited-content list still applies.
You agree not to create, upload, request, or share any of the following. Each item is banned on its own:
- Pornography / NSFW — sexually explicit, pornographic, or NSFW stills or video
- Violence / gore — graphic violence, gore, torture, or content whose main purpose is severe injury or killing
- Hate speech — content that attacks or calls for harm against a person or group because of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar status
- Child-unsafe content — any sexual or exploitative content involving anyone 17 or under, or anyone who looks like a child, including fiction
- Deepfakes / impersonation — a still or clip that pretends to be a real, identifiable person in order to deceive, defame, extort, or pass as them
- Copyright / trademark infringement — copying a third party’s photo, artwork, logo, brand, or other protected mark when you do not have the right to use it
You also agree not to:
- Attack, scrape, or overload the service
- Bypass the sign-in gate, credit charges, or Pro model locks
- Reverse engineer Account or the editor in order to steal access
- Use the service to spread malware or spam
How we review content
Generate is screened before a run is billed. A blocked prompt is refused and is not charged. We may still hide or delete a draft that breaks this policy after the fact. Reports go to the operator and are reviewed on weekdays, typically within 24–48 hours. Automated screening is not perfect; you are still responsible for the prompt and the upload.
What happens if you break the rules
We may refuse the job, hide or delete the draft, suspend or close the account, and forfeit unused credits on this product. Unused credits on an account closed for cause are not a cash refund unless the law requires it.
How to report a violation
Email support@aiphotoreditor.com with AUP report in the subject, or open live chat. Include the page URL and a screenshot if you have one. Details: Acceptable Use Policy.
No guarantees
Results are drafts. We do not guarantee:
- A perfect face, hand, logo, or line of text
- Accurate counts or product labels
- Print quality or a 4K file that a lab will accept
- Acceptance by a marketplace, ad network, or social platform
- Uninterrupted uptime
The disclaimer repeats this in shorter form.
Our site
The design, name, and code of AI Photo Editor belong to the operator of this site. Model names on the panel are used to describe an option. They do not mean those vendors endorse us.
Third-party services
Google, Account, the billing provider, Tawk.to, Cloudflare, and the model providers have their own terms. We are not responsible for their pages or outages. If Google sign-in or checkout is down, try again later or email us.
Suspension
We may suspend or close access if you break these terms, if a charge is disputed in bad faith, or if we have to take the product down. Unused credits on a closed account for cause are not a cash refund unless the law requires it.
Liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Photo Editor and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or a bad publish, arising from your use of the service.
If a court finds we owe you a direct amount, it will not exceed the credits you paid for on this product in the 90 days before the claim, unless the law says we cannot limit it that way.
Changes
We may update these terms when the product changes. The date at the top will change. Continued use after a post means you accept the current terms.
