Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
Last updated: October 9, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy is the content-policy chapter for AI Photo Editor at aiphotoreditor.com. It covers AI image generation and any AI video option we run. It is part of the Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not generate, do not sign in, and do not buy credits.
We provide an AI photo editor. You write a prompt, you may upload a still, and you generate a draft. That is AIGC. These rules exist so the product stays lawful for you and for us.
Prohibited content
Do not use the service to create, upload, request, or share any of the following. Each item is banned on its own. A prompt that only “hints” at the same job is still banned.
1. Pornography / NSFW
Sexually explicit, pornographic, or NSFW images or video. That includes nudes made for sexual use, fetish pornography, and sexual content involving real people who did not agree.
2. Violence / gore
Graphic violence, gore, torture, or content whose main purpose is to show severe injury, killing, or mutilation. That includes realistic depictions of those acts in a still or a clip.
3. Hate speech
Content that attacks, degrades, or calls for harm against a person or group because of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar protected status.
4. Child-unsafe content
Any sexual, pornographic, or exploitative content involving anyone 17 or under, or anyone who looks like a child. That includes fictional, illustrated, and “aged-up” depictions. There is no artistic or private-use exception on this site.
5. Deepfakes / impersonation
A still or clip that pretends to be a real, identifiable person in order to deceive, defame, extort, or pass as them. Do not upload a face and ask the model to put that person in a scene they did not agree to, including sexual or political fakes.
6. Copyright / trademark infringement
Content that copies a third party’s photo, artwork, logo, brand, or other protected mark when you do not have the right to use it. Do not upload a file you do not own or license, and do not ask the model to reproduce a protected work or trademark as if it were yours.
Other illegal use is also banned: scams, malware, spam, or anything the law already forbids.
How we review content
Generate is not unfiltered.
- Before a run is billed. The prompt (and, where the pipeline supports it, the request) is screened by automated moderation. A blocked job is refused. Failed or blocked runs are not charged.
- On the result. We may hide, delete, or refuse to store a draft that we believe breaks this policy, even if the prompt slipped through.
- On reports. When someone reports a prompt, an upload, or a draft, the operator reviews it. We typically reply within 24–48 hours on weekdays. We may ask for a URL, a screenshot, and the Google email on the account.
- On repeat or severe cases. We may suspend or close the account without another warning.
Automated screening is not perfect. It does not replace your duty to stay inside this policy. We do not promise that every illegal prompt is caught before you click Generate.
What happens if you break the rules
If we believe this policy was broken, we may do one or more of the following:
- Refuse the prompt or the upload
- Hide or delete the draft from My works
- Suspend the account
- Close the account
- Forfeit unused credits on that product (no cash refund unless the law requires it)
- Keep a short record of the category of the violation so we can stop a repeat, without storing the banned prompt as a public post
A closed-for-cause account does not get a pack refund for credits already used. Unused credits on that account are not paid out as cash unless the law says we must.
How to report a violation
If you see a prompt, an upload, or a draft on aiphotoreditor.com that you believe breaks this policy, report it. You do not need an account to write to us.
- Email: support@aiphotoreditor.com — put AUP report in the subject
- Live chat: Open live chat on the contact page
Send, if you have them:
- The page URL
- A screenshot of the prompt or the draft
- The Google email on the account, if you know it
- A short note on which rule you think was broken (for example: violence / gore, hate speech, copyright / trademark)
Do not send card numbers, passwords, or one-time codes. Do not send the illegal file itself if it is child-unsafe; describe it and send the URL.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the prompt, the upload, and what you do with the download. Review a draft before you publish it. This policy does not make us a publisher of your output, and it does not make a generated still “cleared” for commercial use.
Changes
We may update this policy when the product or the law changes. The date at the top will change. Continued use after a post means you accept the current policy.
